ACTION PLAN FOR ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE PART-I

· Completion of syllabus including practical even by allotting additional periods
after school hours to the subject teacher by 30th October 2009 for board classes
and up to December 2009 for non board classes.
· Acquainting students with the previous CBSE Exams /annual exams question
paper pattern, distribution of marks for every area and marks for short and long
answer type questions.
· Intensively preparing students with appropriate supervision and guidance for all
exams – unit tests, first term and pre-board exams.
· Full interest to child centered interactive class room teaching with optimum use
of teaching AIDS like OHP, side LCD projector audio aids, computers, internet
and other ready made for collected articles.
· Regular checking of note books, home works and class works of students with
proper pin pointed guideline or instruction to improve.
· Revision of chapters from November to December ’09 for board classes and
from January to February ’10 for Non – board classes.
· Remedial programme for low achievers – subject wise and class wise is to be
taken. Up seriously .proper documentation should be maintained in fourth
nightly or daily diary by subject teachers.
