
PHYSICAL EXERCISES IN THE MORNING, GAMES & SPORTS AND YOGA ACTIVITIES
i) Morning hours will be utilized for jogging, aerobics, calisthenics, gym- exercises, mass PT and other physical exercises involving all the children to warm up the body and muscles. No games like Kabaddi or Volley ball will be conducted in the morning. Yoga exercises for one group daily on rotation will be conducted.
ii) During evening games hours all games activities will be conducted on all play fields. HMs / AHMs will also participate to play with children and super wise their games.
iii) Attendance of all the students during morning PT, games and sports will be ensured by both the PETs.
iv) During morning & evening classical music without song will be played on music system daily.
v) We shall organize Hockey and basket ball tournament at cluster level as per schedule.
