MIGRATION SYSTEM

1.Selection of 22 students has already been done.

2.Letters to 07 girls and 15 boys have already been posted to report to the Vidyalaya on on 30th June 2007.

3A letter is to be posted to JNV, Zink Nagar, that our students will reach here on 1st July .

4.Migrated students will be welcomed and distributed equally in four houses

5.Counseling will be arranged on 3rd July by Mr. G.Naik and Mrs. R. M. Behra in the presence of principal.

7.Every month their meeting will be conducted and minutes will be documented in separate register.

8.They will be taken to Malhar temple, museum etc. and Ratanpur for cultural exposure.

9.One migrated boy and one girl student will be kept in mess committee meeting on rotation basis.

10.They will be looked after by migration committee members.
