A. Academic

1. To achieve 100 % pass result in class X and XII with 100% First divisions.
With 50% Distinctions.
2. To achieve 75% subject average in all subject for class X and XII.
3. To achieve 100% pass result in all non-board classes with 90% first
divisioners and 75% average in all subject.
4. To encourage students to get last four 0.1% merit certificate of CBSE in X
and XII in 2010 CBSE exam.
5. To get at last second position at regional level in class X and XII result.
6. To conduct USO information and G.K. test for nearly 150 students and to get
some position as honor.
7. To develop communication skill among children at last in two language
Hindi and English or Hindi or Oriya.
8. To ensure each child to read at least two book a part from reference books
from the Library each month.
9. To inspect class room teaching of each subject teacher in July and August
conduct second round of inspection in November and December third round
in January and February.
10. To ensure class room teaching au learner centered, participatory,
communicative and interactive.
11. To ensure subject teacher using LCD, OHP, slide projector, computer,
internet and other teaching aids to the maximum extent while class-room
teaching.
